This Stepped Cone Type Rod Break Down Machine is widely installed in cable factory for the purpose of wire drawing. It ensures fully submerged drawing process and additional lubrication jets on the die system. The main advantages of this machine include high manufacturing speed, quick dies changing system and great production flexibility. It is manufactured with precision in order to ensure its excellent performance. Also, Stepped Cone Type Rod Break Down Machine has been programmed with wire elongation on each draft.

Technical specification

Main engine :high carbon ,High chromium stepped pulley, gear transmission , gear and and bearing lubricated by oil pump , engine shell in mid steal .
For copper and aluminium wire.
Drawing are totally immersed in lubricant .
Maximum capstan : 50mm stepped diameter
Die holders with high pressure lubrication
final capstan 400/500mm vertical and horizontal .
High speed rod breakdown matching in the first stage in the wire drawing matching . We have two basic types : one is the tandem type , the other is the cone type , wire drawing machine . We can make the matching acccording to customer's requirement .
